Software products are delivered electronically via direct download from this website. License keys and invoices are issued within one business day of a confirmed purchase, though they typically arrive within minutes. Delivery is made to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us at info@kuducomputing.com. Refund requests made after the 30-day window will not be processed unless fraud or unauthorised use is confirmed. Orders may be cancelled without charge before a license key has been issued.
